High turnover, seasonal regulars, and one record for both.
Danish sites tend to run two businesses at once: a stream of short stays through the summer and a base of seasonal pitches that stay put all year.

Seasonal pitches and short stays, side by side
Long-stay and seasonal guests are not just a booking that lasts longer. They carry their own pricing, their own periodic billing and their own utilities, and most booking systems handle them by pretending they are a very long reservation.
Grondia keeps them as what they are, on the same pitch map as the touring stays, so your occupancy view is real and your invoicing does not need a second system. The touring side runs on live availability with seasonal rates, deposits and self-resolving cancellations.
MobilePay at checkout
Danish guests reach for MobilePay, and online checkout can be locked to it so a booking finishes where it started. It runs through the payment provider and has to be enabled on your account first, which we do during onboarding.
Cards sit alongside for the large share of guests arriving from Germany and elsewhere, and every payment lands matched to the folio rather than needing manual reconciliation.
The arrival, handled before the barrier
Guests check in from their phone, carry a digital guest card and settle before arriving. With short stays and a lot of them, the reception queue is the thing that scales worst. This is the part that removes it.
On site, the shop, kiosk, restaurant and hire desk all charge to the pitch, so a family settles once when they leave instead of paying at four counters.
One source for the numbers
Guest nights and arrivals derive from the check-in record, so your reporting figures and your revenue figures come from the same place, with structured exports for your accountant.
Where a Danish requirement needs something provisioned for your market, we will tell you where it stands against your go-live date. Ask us and we will be specific rather than reassuring.
Frequently asked questions
Can guests pay with MobilePay?
Yes. Online checkout can be locked to MobilePay. It runs through the payment provider and needs enabling on your account, which is part of onboarding.
How are seasonal pitches handled?
As their own thing, not as a very long booking, with their own pricing and periodic billing, on the same pitch map as your touring stays so occupancy stays honest.
What about Danish cash-register requirements?
Ask us before you plan a migration and we will give you the current position against your dates, including anything that would need provisioning for your market.
What does it cost?
Quoted against your site: pitches, modules, migration. No per-booking commission on any plan; 12-month minimum term and a one-time onboarding fee.
