A very short season, and a lot of ground between guests.
Finnish sites run an intense few weeks across long distances, often with guests arriving late and reception unstaffed by the time they do.

Arrivals that do not need someone at the desk
A guest completes check-in from their phone on the way, carries a digital guest card and has already paid before they reach the site. A late arrival stops being a problem to solve in the morning.
That same record is what the front desk, housekeeping and site operations work from during the day, so nothing has to be re-entered when the office does open.
MobilePay, and cards for everyone else
Finnish guests use MobilePay, and online checkout can be locked to it. It runs through the payment provider and needs to be enabled on your account, which is handled during onboarding.
Cards run alongside for international visitors, and payments arrive matched to the folio rather than as transfers to identify by hand at the end of a period.
A till built for thin connectivity
The point of sale keeps selling when the connection drops and syncs when it returns, with stock counted as it goes. Shop, kiosk, restaurant and any hire all charge onto the guest’s folio, so a stay is settled once.
On a site spread over a lot of ground, the alternative is a till that stops working at the worst possible moment of the week.
Booking, the website, and the numbers behind them
Guests book on a live pitch map with seasonal rates and deposits, on a website that is part of the product (designed, hosted, domain and certificate included) with the booking widget embedded so nobody is redirected away from your name.
Guest nights and arrivals derive from the check-in record, giving one source for both reporting and revenue, with structured exports for your accountant. Where a Finnish obligation needs provisioning for your market, ask us and we will give you the position against your go-live date.
Frequently asked questions
Can guests pay with MobilePay?
Yes. Online checkout can be locked to MobilePay. It runs through the payment provider and needs enabling on your account, which we set up during onboarding.
Can guests arrive after reception closes?
That is what the guest portal is for. Check-in, the guest card and payment all happen before arrival, so a late party does not need anyone at the desk.
Is the software available in Finnish?
The guest-facing portal ships in German, French, Italian and English today. Tell us Finnish matters for your guests and we will tell you where that sits against your go-live date.
What does it cost?
Quoted against your site: pitches, modules, migration. No per-booking commission on any plan; 12-month minimum term and a one-time onboarding fee.
