A short season leaves no room for a slow reception.
A Swedish campsite earns most of its year in a handful of weeks, and spends them turning over pitches, running a shop and feeding people at the same time.

Booking that holds up in the peak weeks
Guests book on a live pitch map, so what they choose is what they get and the same pitch cannot go out twice. Seasonal rates move with the calendar instead of being re-keyed, deposits are taken at booking, and cancellations resolve themselves against the policy you set rather than landing in an inbox.
When midsummer week is full and the phone is ringing, the difference between a system that holds availability correctly and one that does not is the difference between a good season and a set of apologies.
Swish at checkout
Swedish guests expect to pay with Swish, and Grondia can lock online checkout to it so booking does not end at a card form nobody wanted to fill in. It runs through the payment provider and has to be enabled on your account first, which is part of onboarding rather than something you discover later.
Cards work alongside it for visitors from elsewhere, and with sites this close to the Norwegian and Danish borders, a good share of your guests are from elsewhere.
Arrivals that happen before the car stops
The guest portal lets a party complete check-in on the way, carry a digital guest card and settle what they owe before they reach the barrier. Reception stops being a queue and becomes a welcome.
Everything a guest buys on site afterwards (the shop, the kiosk, the restaurant, a kayak for the afternoon) posts onto the same folio and is settled once at departure, instead of being chased across three tills.
The numbers your reporting is built from
Guest nights, arrivals and departures come out of the check-in record you already keep, so the figures behind your statistical reporting are the same figures your revenue is built on rather than a separate tally somebody reconstructs at the end of a period. Structured exports come out of that record for your accountant.
What any given authority or municipality requires of a Swedish site is something we go through with you before go-live, including where anything needs provisioning for your market. Ask and we will be specific.
Frequently asked questions
Can guests pay with Swish?
Yes. Online checkout can be locked to Swish so Swedish guests pay the way they already do. It runs through the payment provider and needs to be enabled on your account. We set that up as part of onboarding.
Is the software available in Swedish?
The guest-facing portal ships in German, French, Italian and English today. Tell us Swedish matters for your guests and we will tell you plainly where that sits against your go-live date.
What about cash-register rules for the shop and restaurant?
Ask us before you plan a migration. Requirements there can involve a device or a registration that has to be provisioned for your market, and we would rather give you the current position against your dates than a badge on a web page.
What does it cost?
We quote against your site: pitches, the modules you need, what has to be migrated. There is no per-booking commission on any plan. Plans carry a 12-month minimum term and a one-time onboarding fee.
