No, Grondia works with your current provider too. With Grondia Pay there is nothing to reconcile, because every payment is already on its booking.

Visa, Mastercard and TWINT, online in the Grondia booking engine. You decide whether guests pay in full at booking, pay a deposit and the balance later, or leave a card that is charged on arrival.

When your policy says so. Per rate, you set whether the full amount, a deposit and the balance on arrival, or a cancellation or no-show fee is charged.

Chargebacks and disputes are handled through Grondia. Each chargeback has one fixed fee, stated in your written quote.

Your campground. You are the merchant of record, so your guests see your name on their statement.
