Run every site as one group — without flattening any of them.
Three sites or thirty, a family-owned chain, a franchise network or a cooperative: the hard part was never the single campsite — it was seeing them together, holding one standard, and still letting each location feel local. Grondia gives head office one account over the whole portfolio, with per-site autonomy built into the platform.
- One login across the whole portfolio
- Live consolidated reporting
- Head-office roles, per-site autonomy

The problems that come with scale
These are the three things multi-site operators tell us keep them up at night — and exactly what a single group account is built to take off your plate.
Every site does it differently
Different pricing logic, different discount codes, different ways of recording a guest. The numbers never quite reconcile, and a good idea at one site never travels to the others.
Reporting is a monthly spreadsheet marathon
Consolidating occupancy, revenue and cash across locations means emailing site managers, chasing exports and stitching workbooks together — always a fortnight after the month has actually closed.
Access and roles are a liability
Who can refund, who can move a price, who can see group-wide revenue? Without central roles, permissions drift site by site, and every new hire or departure becomes a security question no one owns.
Everything a group needs, in one account
Grondia was built multi-site from the core, not stretched to fit. These are the controls that turn a collection of campsites into a group you can actually run.
Central multi-site dashboard
One screen for the whole portfolio: arrivals, occupancy, revenue and cash for every location today — rolled up at the top, drillable down to a single pitch.
Consolidated reporting
Group P&L, occupancy and RevPAR-style revenue per pitch across all sites in real time. No month-end export marathon, no version-mismatched workbooks.
Cross-site benchmarking
League tables rank every location on occupancy, ADR and revenue per available pitch — so best practice is obvious and a lagging site surfaces early, not next quarter.
Role-based access & permissions
Head office sees everything; each site manager sees only their site. Refunds, price changes and exports are governed by role, not by who happens to know the password.
Consolidated billing & accounting
Per-site P&L and an automatic group roll-up, with clean exports to DATEV, SAP and bexio. Reconciliation stops being a two-week project every month.
Central config, local overrides
Set pricing, products, tax rules and branding once at group level, then let any site override what has to be local. Push a change to one site or to all of them.
Shared guests & group loyalty
One guest, recognised across every site, with loyalty that travels the whole group — someone who books the lake in summer is already known at the mountain site in winter.
Central rate & channel management
Manage rates and OTA / channel connections centrally and push them to every site, or delegate a channel to a location — no double-entry, no drift.
One group account, many sites — by design
Grondia is multi-tenant to its core. Your group sits above its sites: shared configuration, guests and reporting flow down; each site keeps its own inventory, team, cash and local compliance. The hierarchy is how the platform is built, not a feature bolted on afterwards.
- Group layer — shared pricing templates, roles, guest profiles and consolidated reporting
- Site layer — local inventory, staff, cash-up and the site’s own fiscal and tax rules
- Changes flow top-down; each site can override what must stay local
- Add or retire a site without touching any of the others

See which sites lead — and which need a hand
Every location on one league table, ranked on the metrics that matter: occupancy, average daily rate and revenue per available pitch. Filter by season, region or site type, and spot the outlier before it costs you a quarter.
Head office sees all. Each site sees its own.
Roles are defined once for the group and inherited by every site. A group controller sees consolidated cash; a site manager sees only their location; a receptionist can check a guest in but never issue a refund. When someone joins or leaves, you change one role — not ten scattered logins.
- Group, region, site and front-desk roles out of the box
- Refunds, price overrides and exports gated by permission
- Every sensitive action carries a full audit trail
- SSO-ready for larger groups and franchises

A group P&L that ties out to the cent
Each site keeps its own books and its own cash-up; head office gets the consolidated view automatically. Export a single site or the whole group to DATEV, SAP or bexio — same chart of accounts, same period, no re-keying.
- Per-site P&L plus an automatic group consolidation
- One export to DATEV, SAP or bexio for the whole portfolio
- Inter-site and franchise-fee postings handled cleanly
- Multi-currency groups roll up to a single reporting currency
Standardise operations as the group grows
A new location should inherit the group’s hard-won standards, not start from a blank page. Onboarding a site is four steps — and most of the work is the handful of things that are genuinely local.
Clone the standard
Start a new site from a group template — pricing logic, products, tax rules, roles and branding are already in place, so nobody rebuilds from scratch.
Localise what must be local
Override the handful of things that differ: local tax rates, the site’s inventory, its team and its bank details. Everything else inherits from the group.
Connect and go live
Point the domain, connect payments and channels, import the existing calendar. A new location is taking direct bookings in days, not a season.
Raise the floor
Every new site inherits the same guest experience, the same reporting and the same compliance posture — a standard that repeats across the whole group.
Each site local. The whole group, one account.
Operating across borders no longer means a separate system per country. Each site runs on its own market’s fiscal and tax rules, while everything rolls up to a single group account — and, if you like, a single reporting currency.
Switzerland
HESTA guest registration, cantonal tourist tax and QR-Bill, handled per site — each location settles with its own canton and commune, under the group account.
Germany
Meldeschein registration, local Kurtaxe / Bettensteuer and DATEV-ready bookkeeping — each German site runs to its own municipality’s rules while rolling up to the group.
Austria
Gästeblatt registration, Ortstaxe and RKSV fiscalisation — each Austrian location stays locally compliant without standing up a separate system.
The modules that pull the most weight for a group
Grondia is one platform, but these are the parts that do the heavy lifting when you run more than one site.
Running a group on Grondia, answered
The questions multi-site operators, chains and franchises ask us most.
Is there really one login for every site?
Yes. A head-office user signs in once and moves between sites — or sees them all at once in the group dashboard. Site staff sign in to their own location and see only what their role allows.
Can each site keep its own prices and branding?
Absolutely. Group templates set sensible defaults, but any site can override pricing, products, tax rules and branding. You decide, field by field, what is standardised and what stays local.
How does consolidated accounting work?
Each site keeps its own books; Grondia consolidates them into a group P&L automatically. You can export a single site or the whole portfolio to DATEV, SAP or bexio on the same chart of accounts and period.
We operate in more than one country. Does that work?
Yes. Each site runs on its own market’s fiscal and tax rules — Swiss HESTA and tourist tax, German Meldeschein and Kurtaxe, Austrian Ortstaxe — while everything rolls up to one group account and, if you like, one reporting currency.
How long does it take to add a new site?
A new location clones an existing group template, so pricing, roles and compliance are already configured. Most of the work is local — inventory, team, bank details and the domain — and sites are typically live within days.
Can franchisees see only their own numbers?
Yes. Roles are inherited from the group, so a franchisee sees only their site while head office keeps the consolidated view — and franchise-fee postings are handled in the finance roll-up.
