One supplier for the software and the hardware it runs on: terminals, kiosks and register peripherals that work the moment they arrive.
The physical kit your campground runs on (Worldline card terminals, a self-check-in kiosk and the peripherals around the register), supplied, installed and supported by Grondia, and wired into the software out of the box.
Worldline card terminals
Contactless, tap to pay and cards on a Worldline terminal that is part of the register: every charge lands on the guest folio, nothing keyed twice.
Self-check-in kiosk
Guests register, sign the guest registration, pay the balance and lodging tax and collect a key or code: an arrival that works after hours, with no queue at the front desk.
Register peripherals
Receipt printer, cash drawer and barcode scanner, pre-configured and plug-and-play: the counter kit around the register, ready the moment it arrives.
One supplier, one setup
Terminals, the kiosk and the register peripherals are supplied, installed and supported by Grondia: the same partner as the software, so there is one setup and one number to call.
Charged straight to the folio
Because the Worldline terminal is a real payment method in the register, a card or tap to pay charge posts to the guest’s bill or site on its own: no standalone machine to balance at close.
Arrivals after hours
The self-check-in kiosk registers the guest, takes the balance and lodging tax and issues the key or code, so a late arrival never means a wait, or a call to your mobile.
Plug-and-play peripherals
Receipt printer, cash drawer and scanner arrive configured for your register. Plug them in and sell, with no drivers to chase and nothing to wire up by hand.
One supplier for the software and the hardware
A campground should not have to source a card terminal from one company, a kiosk from another and hope they talk to the system running front desk. Grondia supplies, installs and supports the physical hardware alongside the platform, configured to work together on day one. Tell us how your site runs and we will put together a setup that fits, supplied and supported, so it stays working.

Hardware, answered
What US operators ask us most about hardware.
Do I have to buy the hardware through Grondia?
You don’t have to, but it is the smoother path. Grondia supplies, installs and supports the terminals, the self-check-in kiosk and the register peripherals, so everything arrives configured and works with the software from day one. Talk to us and we will put together a setup that fits your site.
Which card terminals do you use?
Worldline terminals, which take contactless, tap to pay and cards. They are integrated into Grondia’s register as the Card (Terminal) payment method, so a charge you start at the register is taken on the terminal and posted straight to the guest’s bill: no amount re-keyed and no separate machine to reconcile.
What can guests do at the self-check-in kiosk?
Register and sign the guest registration, pay any balance and the lodging tax, and collect their key or gate code. It is an unattended arrival, so guests can check in after hours and front desk is never the bottleneck on a busy Friday.
What register peripherals are included?
The counter kit around the register: a receipt printer, a cash drawer and a barcode scanner. They come pre-configured, so you plug them in and sell: no driver hunt and no afternoon lost to setup.
Do I rent or buy the hardware?
Either can work, depending on how your site runs. We keep it flexible rather than forcing one model. Tell us how you handle front desk and the shop and we will propose a setup, and a way to pay for it, that fits. The hardware is supplied and supported either way.
