What can I actually sell through the point of sale?

How does “charge to the site” work?
Instead of taking payment at every counter, the register posts each item to the guest’s reservation. Everything accumulates on one running folio alongside the site and lodging tax, and the guest settles it once at check-out, by invoice, tap to pay or card.
Which payment methods and hardware are supported?
