See your season clearly — occupancy, revenue per pitch and year-on-year, at a glance.
Occupancy, RevPAR-style revenue per pitch, season-over-season comparisons and one-click exports — the numbers you need to price and plan your season.
Live occupancy
See how full you are — and will be — by pitch type, week and segment, so soft nights surface before it is too late to fill them.
Revenue per pitch
A RevPAR-style metric shows what each pitch truly earns per night, comparing glamping, tourers and seasonals fairly.
Year-on-year pacing
Line this season up against last on bookings, revenue and lead time to know whether you are ahead — and by how much.
Occupancy by segment
Break the season down by pitch type, week and guest segment to see exactly where your quiet nights hide.
RevPAR that compares
Judge glamping, tourers and seasonal contracts on the same per-pitch yardstick instead of a raw occupancy number.
Pacing vs last year
Watch this July build against last July, live, so you can act on a slow start weeks before the season closes.
One-click exports
Send any view to CSV or Excel for your Treuhänder, your board or a deeper dig — no copy-paste out of a dashboard.
The season, in numbers you trust
Revenue per pitch, occupancy and year-on-year pacing sit on one screen, updated as bookings land. The point is not a prettier dashboard — it is spotting the soft midweek in shoulder season while there is still time to run an offer or let dynamic pricing nudge rates.

Analytics, answered
What German operators ask us most about analytics.
What is “revenue per pitch” and why does it matter?
It is a RevPAR-style metric: what each available pitch actually earns per night, blending occupancy and rate. A campsite can be 90% full and still under-earning — this number tells you which pitch types truly pay, so you can price and invest accordingly.
Can I compare this season with last?
Yes. Every core view lines the current period up against the same period last year on bookings, revenue and lead time, so you can see whether you are pacing ahead or behind — and act while the season is still open.
Does analytics update in real time?
Occupancy and revenue views reflect bookings as they land. Because analytics reads the same data as the booking engine and folios, there is no overnight batch and no separate reporting database to reconcile.
Can I get the raw data out for my accountant?
Any view exports to CSV or Excel in one click, formatted for your Treuhänder, board or your own deeper analysis. Nothing is trapped behind a chart.
How do I use this to fill quiet nights?
Forecast occupancy surfaces soft midweek and shoulder-season gaps early. From there you can launch a targeted offer or let occupancy-aware pricing in the booking engine adjust rates automatically — the analytics and the pricing share the same data.
