What your IT will ask us.
- API
- REST API under /api/v1 with OpenAPI documentation. Keys per campground with scopes, an hourly rate limit and a request log. OAuth 2.0 with PKCE for third-party apps. We switch it on for your campground on request.
- Webhooks
- Signed with HMAC-SHA256, for bookings, check-in and check-out, payments, invoices and pitch status. No personal data in the payload, automatic retries, a delivery log and replay. Set up through the API.
- Stability
- Versioned endpoints and idempotency keys on writes. Breaking changes come as a new version, announced at least 12 months ahead. A sandbox account for integrators.
- Exports
- Excel and CSV for every report, bookkeeping files for DATEV, and a full export of all your data on request.
- Migration
- We import bookings, guests and contracts from your previous system or from CSV, and booking history from portal exports. Our team runs the import with you.
- Hosting
- The database and the API run on servers in Swiss data centres (Infomaniak), with a standby copy at a second Swiss provider. Websites and booking pages are delivered through a global CDN.
- Isolation and access
- Each campground’s data is separated in the database by row-level security. Roles and permissions per person, two-factor login, and audit trails for changes to bookings, invoices and contracts, for logins and for support access.
- Security testing
- Independent whitebox penetration test in July 2026; the findings are fixed.
- Single sign-on
- In preparation. Today your team signs in with a password and two-factor login.
