A campsite till on the guest folio, with an honest TSE status
Grondia’s POS runs your camp shop, restaurant and activities, and books every sale straight onto the guest’s pitch folio.
For a German site, TSE fiscalisation is in preparation and available on request: the till does not sign sales with a TSE today. At month end everything exports as a DATEV file. One till, one folio, one clean set of records.

Every sale lands on the pitch folio
The POS covers the camp shop, the restaurant and paid activities. Instead of a separate receipt for each, the sale is charged to the guest’s running folio alongside their pitch, tax, bar and rentals.
One profile, one folio, settled once at check-out. The guest pays a single total and you are not chasing loose paper chits at the end of a busy weekend.
TSE fiscalisation: in preparation for German sites
German law requires every electronic till to sign its transactions with a certified TSE. Grondia’s POS does not do that today. TSE fiscalisation for Germany is in preparation and has not yet run at a customer site, so we give no dates. It is available on request.
Until it is live for your site, keep a certified till for counter sales. Tell us early if you need it, so we can give you an honest view of where it stands for your operation.
What GoBD actually means for your till
GoBD is not a certificate you buy. It is a set of principles the German tax authority expects of digital bookkeeping: records that cannot be altered after the fact, a complete audit trail, and proper retention. Any vendor selling you a "GoBD certificate" is overselling.
What Grondia gives you is part of the substance behind those principles: a change log that cannot be edited, records kept as long as the law requires, and an export that lays out every payment and tax line for review. You and your Steuerberater judge it against GoBD; we do not pretend to certify it.
A DATEV file your Steuerberater imports
At month end Grondia produces a DATEV file export covering payments, tax lines, deposits and refunds (POS sales included), already categorised by VAT rate.
No re-keying till totals into accounting, no reconciling two systems. The Treuhänder or Steuerberater imports one file and the numbers tie out.
Roles so the right person sees the right till
Access is role-based: admins, managers and staff get different rights. A seasonal helper on the shop till does not get the run of your financials.
Every change to a booking is logged with user, time and action, and the log cannot be edited afterwards, so if a figure is ever questioned there is a record of who changed what.
Domande frequenti
Not yet. TSE fiscalisation for German sites is in preparation and available on request. The POS does not sign sales with a TSE today, so a German site needs a certified till for counter sales until it is live.
No, and be wary of any vendor that says it is, because GoBD is a set of principles, not a certificate you can buy. Grondia gives you part of the substance: a change log that cannot be edited, records kept as long as the law requires, and an export for review. You and your Steuerberater assess it against GoBD.
Every POS sale (shop, restaurant or activity) is charged to the guest’s running folio alongside their pitch, tax, bar and rentals. The guest pays one total at check-out instead of a stack of separate receipts.
Yes. The month-end DATEV file export includes POS sales with payments, tax lines, deposits and refunds, already categorised. Your Steuerberater imports one file rather than re-keying till totals.
Access is role-based, so admins, managers and staff get different rights, and a seasonal shop helper does not see your financials. Every change to a booking is logged with user, time and action.
