Grondia
Channel Manager add-on · CHF 100/mo

One availability, every channel — no double-bookings

List your pitches on Booking.com, Google Hotels and other OTAs and keep them on the same live availability as your own booking page. Sell a pitch anywhere and it disappears everywhere — the same atomic lock that prevents double-bookings on your own site guards every channel.

Direct booking first, channels for reach

The cheapest booking you take is the one on your own site: Grondia’s embedded booking widget is included in every plan and charges no per-booking commission. The Channel Manager doesn’t replace that — it adds reach. It puts your remaining availability in front of guests who start their search on an OTA, then hands the booking straight into the same system.

Every channel booking lands as a normal reservation on your pitch map and folio, so an OTA guest is handled exactly like a direct one from check-in to check-out.

One shared availability across every channel

The Channel Manager keeps Booking.com, Google Hotels and other OTAs on one shared availability with your own booking page. There is no separate spreadsheet to update and no channel that lags a step behind.

When a pitch is sold — on any channel or at your own reception — Grondia’s atomic locking removes it from all of them in real time. A pitch sold anywhere is gone everywhere, so the overbooking that comes from managing channels by hand simply cannot happen.

Channel bookings become normal reservations

A booking from any channel arrives in Grondia as a regular reservation — on the pitch map, with one guest profile and one running folio for pitch, tax, shop, bar and rentals, settled once at check-out.

That means you run OTA guests and direct guests in a single system, with one PMS arrivals board and role-based access for reception, cleaning and management. There is no re-keying of an OTA booking into a second tool.

A paid add-on, priced plainly

The Channel Manager is an add-on and costs CHF 100 per month on top of your plan. Your own booking widget stays included in every plan and commission-free — the add-on buys reach, it doesn’t change that.

In Switzerland, Grondia starts from CHF 150 per month billed yearly; in Germany you get a tailored quote on request, also with no per-booking commission from Grondia.

See direct versus channel in your numbers

Once channels are live, the analytics show how much occupancy they actually drive: occupancy by pitch type and week, a RevPAR-style revenue-per-pitch figure, and year-on-year pacing.

That lets you decide with numbers — not habit — how much to lean on OTAs, and watch whether your commission-free direct share is growing. Advanced Analytics is available as an add-on (CHF 50/mo).

Domande frequenti

Is the Channel Manager included in my plan?
No. It is a paid add-on at CHF 100 per month on top of your Grondia plan. Your own commission-free booking widget is included in every plan; the Channel Manager is the extra that connects Booking.com, Google Hotels and other OTAs.
Which channels does it connect?
Booking.com, Google Hotels and other OTAs, all kept on one shared availability with your own booking page.
Will connecting channels cause double-bookings?
No. Grondia uses atomic locking: the moment a pitch is booked on any channel or at your reception, it is removed from every channel in real time. A pitch sold anywhere is gone everywhere.
Do OTAs charge commission on top of the add-on fee?
The add-on fee of CHF 100 per month is what you pay Grondia. Whether and how much commission a given OTA charges is set by that OTA, not by Grondia — which is exactly why Grondia keeps your own booking widget commission-free, so every direct booking avoids that cut.
What happens to a booking that comes in from Booking.com?
It lands in Grondia as a normal reservation — on the pitch map, with one guest profile and one running folio for pitch, tax, shop and rentals, settled at check-out. An OTA guest is handled exactly like a direct one.

Keep the reach, drop the double-bookings

Add the Channel Manager to put Booking.com, Google Hotels and other OTAs on one shared availability — while your own commission-free booking page stays the cheapest way for guests to book.
