One board for the whole day
Open the arrivals and departures board and the day is in front of you: who is coming in, who is leaving, and which pitch each of them is on. Check a guest in with one tap — no searching, no paperwork shuffle at the desk.
The interactive pitch map shows the site at a glance, so you can see exactly who is where and which pitches are free. Because the booking engine locks each pitch atomically, the map is never selling a spot that is already taken.
Housekeeping that keeps pace with turnover
Every pitch carries a housekeeping status, so cleaning and reception are looking at the same picture instead of calling each other. As a departure clears, the pitch shows as needing attention; once it is done, it shows ready for the next arrival.
On a busy changeover day that is the difference between sending a guest to a pitch that is ready and sending them to one that is not.
One guest, one running folio
Each guest has a single profile and a single running folio. Pitch fees, visitor tax, shop, bar and rentals all post to it during the stay and are settled once at check-out — not across three separate tills.
That one folio becomes a compliant SEPA invoice, so the money the guest pays lands already matched, and check-out stays quick even in high season.
Everyone sees exactly their part
Access is role-based. Reception, cleaning and management each see the tools and the information their job needs and nothing they do not.
And every access to guest data is logged with the user, the time and the action — so a shared front desk does not mean an open filing cabinet.
A PMS that isn’t an island
The PMS is not a bolt-on that you then wire to everything else. It shares one system with the booking engine, billing and payments, guest registration and compliance, and analytics — the same guest, the same pitch, the same numbers throughout.
So occupancy by pitch type, revenue per pitch and year-on-year pacing come straight out of the same data your front desk runs on, and all of it is hosted in ISO 27001-certified Swiss data centres.
